30-Day Returns
ColdTi accepts returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To start a return, contact ColdTi and include your order number. We will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
After the returned item is received, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary.
Lifetime Warranty
Every ColdTi product is covered by a lifetime warranty for as long as you own it. If your ColdTi product fails or becomes unusable, contact us and we will repair or replace it. This warranty applies to all ColdTi products, with no product exclusions.
