ColdTi accepts returns of defective and non-defective products in new or slightly used condition within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returns are accepted by mail.
To start a return, contact ColdTi and include your order number. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges are not accepted. After the returned item is received, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Bank and card processing times may vary.

Lifetime Warranty
Every ColdTi product is covered by a lifetime warranty for as long as you own it. If your ColdTi product fails or becomes unusable, contact us and we will repair or replace it. This warranty applies to all ColdTi products, with no product exclusions.
